About Me

Hi, I’m Vittoria, a yoga practitioner and teacher passionate about sharing what I know and love about this vast and wonderful practice.

My yoga practice began 10 years ago at Bristol School of Yoga, where I first stepped into an Ashtanga class seeking flexibility and strength. What I found was so much more. Over time, yoga became a grounding force in my life—helping me connect to my body, cultivate calm, and reduce the anxiety I had been struggling with for years.

I’ve now been teaching for nearly three years after training in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in 2022. In that time, I undertook further training with specialised courses including Yoga for Anxiety, Restorative yoga, and Somatics. My approach is inluenced by my background in strength training, and by my endless curiosity about how embodied practices like yoga can help people feel less pain and bring more ease into their lives.

My teaching is guided by a desire to share practices rooted in the Yoga tradition but that are also increasingly being recognised by research from movement science, psychology and neurology. I draw from a range of lineages, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. My classes are intelligently designed, blending Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation with creative movement to support strength, mobility, and deep relaxation.

At the heart of my teaching is inclusivity—I offer modifications and variations to make my classes accessible and welcoming to different bodies and experience levels. I strive to create a nurturing, calming, and playful space where students feel supported in their practice, whether they’re looking to build strength, unwind, or simply reconnect with themselves.

If you’d like to move, breathe, and explore this practice with me, I’d love to welcome you to class.
